Khrysti's Favorite Protein Shake Recipes

I decided to make this stand alone page to make it easier for any of you reading, to quickly and easily find my drink recipes. I know most protein powders taste and smell like monkey ass, and finding a protein that is delicious and you actually love truly is the key to weight loss success. I have found that powder for myself.  So if you are looking for recommendations for a good brand of protein powder, my suggestion would be to get get the "Max Protein" or "Ultimate Protein" brand from SEI Pharmaceuticals. [Post Edit: The Kirkland Branded Protein (Costco's signature brand) tastes better, smells better, and is less than 1/2 the cost of SEI's protein. Plus their Satisfaction Guarantee actually guarantees you'll be satisfied with it without the "back of the invoice policy" deal that says you can only return it if you haven't opened it. However, if you do not have a Costco near by and are lucky enough to live near a franchised GNC store (not a corporate GNC) then by all means, I absolutely suggest SEI] I always double up on the protein in my drinks, so if you don't need your shake to contain 44g 56g of protein, feel free to cut the protein down to 1 scoop.
